The scope of this project was to collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management (EPCM) partners to construct utility buildings, commission and operate various facilities and systems, as well as develop effective maintenance programs. The work involved:
- Our mine maintenance team looked after a wide range of systems and assets, from ammonia/chiller plants and potable water plants to fire suppression systems, warehousing, and shipping and receiving.
- Developed Preventative Maintenance Programs (PMs) tailored to manufacturers’ specifications. By implementing these plans, we help ensure the safety of your workforce and the longevity of your equipment.
- CORE Industrial’s mechanical planning services included creating Job Plans for maintenance work, developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for routine tasks, and establishing Emergency Response Procedures for all critical tasks throughout construction and operations. Our comprehensive approach to planning and maintenance ensures that your mining operations continue to run smoothly, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
- We worked on and commissioned various production assets, such as Blair and Koepe hoists, pan feeders, surge bins, dust extractors, heat exchangers, shaft ventilation fans, overland conveyor belts that extend to Transfer Houses and more.
