CORE’s goal is to be one of the most trusted and safest companies in the industry, providing the highest quality of workmanship possible.

Commited to Health & Safety

CORE Industrial is deeply committed to a robust Health, Safety, and Environmental Program designed to protect our employees, subcontractors, clients, property, and the public from harm. This commitment extends to all of our primary service areas and industries, including mining, oil and gas, commercial, and residential sectors.

We firmly believe that all incidents are preventable, and our goal is to achieve zero incidents across all our operations. Through active participation in implementing our Health, Safety, and Environmental Program at all levels, we can work together to reach this goal. CORE Industrial supports every worker’s right to a safe and healthy working environment and upholds their right and responsibility to refuse unsafe work.

All CORE Industrial employees and other workers involved in our projects share the responsibility for cooperating with management in implementing the Health, Safety & Environmental Program. This includes participating in worksite inspections, incident investigations, and equipment maintenance to continuously improve the program. Our management, employees, and subcontractors must comply with all applicable local government occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards. To ensure the well-being of our workforce, CORE Industrial provides proper and relevant employee training, job-specific safe work practices, personal protective equipment, operation and maintenance procedures, and safety guidelines. By focusing on management, employee, and subcontractor awareness, we aim to reduce the risk of incidents in all our activities while remaining committed to protecting the environment throughout our operations.

Indigenous Engagement

As a member of the SECON Group of Companies, CORE Industrial believes in working collaboratively with First Nations and Metis communities.
